WELCOME TO ICISN 2027
University of Hai Duong is organizing the two-day Seventth International Conference on Intelligent Systems & Networks (ICISN 2027) on 21-22 March 2027. The conference will focus on Intelligent Systems and Networks, with emphasis on security considerations and the latest technologies.
The growing demand for networks, multi-generational mobility, security benchmarks, and providing intelligent secure systems to customers is essential in today's technological landscape. Networks are in greater demand than ever, making it crucial to have comprehensive discussions in this domain. In recent years, we have witnessed remarkable developments from 2G to 5G, enhanced security measures, and advancements from wired to wireless technologies.
We would like to invite you to contribute your unpublished research work and participate in ICISN 2026. This two-day international technical forum will allow you to interact with numerous national and international delegates. ICISN 2027 offers a rich program, including keynote speeches, regular presentations, workshops, academic visits, and tours.
We invite your contribution and participation to make this a successful event. The conference brings together experts from industry, governments, and academia who are experienced in engineering, design, and research. The forum will allow authors to present their excellent research results and address new challenges in the field of intelligent systems and networks in computer science and information technology. The conference will cover topics including Intelligent Systems, Network Applications, and many more areas related to the conference theme.
PUBLICATIONS
The proceedings of The International Conference on Intelligent Systems & Networks (ICISN 2027) will be published in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) series by Springer.
The books of this series are indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, ZbMATH, and SCImago.
All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in the Web of Science.
University of Hai Duong (UHD)
The University of Hai Duong is a public higher education institution under the administration of Hai Phong City, tasked with training high-quality human resources to serve the socio-economic development of the locality and the region. With more than 60 years of tradition, the University has continuously strived to affirm its position as a reputable center for education and research in the Red River Delta.
Legal Framework & Achievements:
- The University was established and developed through key milestones, including Decision No. 1258/QĐ-TTg (2011), Decision No. 378/QĐ-TTg (2013), and most recently, Decision No. 448/QĐ-TTg (2023) regarding the merger of Hai Duong College into the University of Hai Duong.
- UHD was awarded the First-Class Labor Order (2016) and the Government’s Emulation Flag (2024) for its outstanding efforts in training and regional development.
- Currently, the University offers 3 master’s programs, 30 undergraduate programs, and 1 college-level program, with multiple curricula accredited by CEA-AVU&C.
